1. Definitions

• "Publisher" refers to Alexandre Villanueva, independent developer, operating under the names Alex Studio and AlexWrites, domiciled in France.
• "Services" refers to all websites, web applications and mobile applications published by the Publisher, including but not limited to: AlexWrites (alexwrites.fr), Waku (getwaku.app), Livate (livate.fr), Koda (trykoda.app) and any future service released under the Alex Studio or AlexWrites brands.
• "User" or "you" refers to any person accessing or using the Services, whether or not they hold an account.
• "Content" refers to all text, images, code, data and other materials published on the Services by the Publisher.
• "User Content" refers to all text, comments, replies and other materials submitted by Users through the Services.

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using the Services.

The Publisher reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

The Services include, without limitation: a blog publishing articles on technology, software development, artificial intelligence and related topics; mobile applications for iOS; web applications; newsletter distribution; and a comment system allowing registered Users to participate in discussions.

The Publisher strives to maintain the availability of the Services but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The Services may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates or reasons beyond the Publisher's control.

4. User Accounts

• Your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights.
• Your User Content complies with applicable laws and these terms.

The Publisher reserves the right to remove any User Content that violates these terms, at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All Content published on the Services (articles, images, logos, source code, design, graphics) is the exclusive property of the Publisher or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No part of the Content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or otherwise exploited without the prior written consent of the Publisher, except for brief quotations for the purpose of commentary, criticism or review, provided that proper attribution is given.

The names "Alex Studio", "AlexWrites", "Waku", "Livate" and "Koda", as well as their associated logos, are trademarks or trade names of the Publisher. Their use without prior written authorisation is prohibited.

7. Prohibited Conduct

When using the Services, you agree not to:

• Publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, threatening, harassing, discriminatory or otherwise objectionable.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Transmit viruses, malware or any other harmful code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Services, other accounts, computer systems or networks.
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Services without the Publisher's prior written consent.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.
• Use the Services for any form of unsolicited advertising or spam.

8. Newsletter

By subscribing to the newsletter, you consent to receive periodic emails containing editorial content, updates about the Services, and announcements of new publications. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in each email or by contacting us directly.

11. Limitation of Liability

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in France, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply in your country of residence.

If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
